Our goal is to get all of our players high percentage shots in the lane. These drills must be game speed and aggressive. If you’re not completely exhausted after completing this workout, you’re not going hard enough. Use this workout to become unstoppable in the paint.

Basketball RAP is designed to fast track the development of the essential fundamental basketball skills needed to play at an elite level. In our personalized training sessions we encourage self-discipline, fitness and the positive attitude needed for athletics, academics and personal success. Our aim is to complement the work done by high school and AAU team coaches so that both the individual and the team benefit from the experience.
